What we are doing

The Children's Trust partners are committed to achieving real change and improvements in the lives of children, young people and their families in Poole.

All partner agencies are working together towards shared aims .We are working on the high level priorities agreed in the Children and Young People's Plan. We have agreed targeted actions and how to measure how well we are doing. Accountability and performance measures are really important.

The Children's Trust Governance Board will have regular reports that will show progress towards achieving the actions set out in our Plan. Reports will usually come from key strategic groups that are focusing on particular priorities.

We consult with children, young people, parents and carers and partners. It is important to the Trust to have feedback and this is used to help prioritise our work.
